Notary Approved is an education vendor approved by the California Secretary of State to deliver the notary public education the state requires. Our vendor approval numbers are 608495 for the six-hour course and 308494 for the three-hour refresher.
Courses are delivered online and self-paced. Seat time is tracked against the minimum the state requires for each section, because the approval depends on students genuinely spending it.
